Taco Mesa and Taco Rosa bring the 21st century of Mexican cuisine to your own setting.  Enjoy our unique approach to pre-Columbian cooking, fused with Spanish, French and Southwestern influences.  Our personalized attention from the planning to the culmination of your event and our already known hospitality will ensure the success of your special function.

Our menus are inspired by authentic and innovative recipes that utilize contemporary cooking techniques.  When permissible, we will cook on site for the ultimate freshness.  For your convenience our menus will provide a guide to custom make your own.

MINIMUM BASE CHARE

The catering base charge will be a minimum of $500.00 or 30% of the purchase when this exceeds $1,700.00.

This catering base charge includes the following:

• Meeting on-site where the event will be held to finalize menu, set-up and logistics
• Personnel for a buffet style of service
• Tables, skirts, tablecloths and decorations for food stations
• Chafing dishes and serving utensils
• Paper goods (plates, napkins and plastic utensils)
• Set up and clean up

This catering base charge excludes your purchase, gratuity and additional services.  Gratuity charge is estimated at 15% of the purchase.

A catering proposal showing charges and breakdown will be submitted prior to the site meeting.  After your menu has been selected and our proposal has been accepted, a deposit will be required to confirm the event prior to or at the site meeting.

• Banquet facilities
• Guest tables and chairs
• China, glass and silverware
• Wedding accessories
• Sound, stage & props
• Linens  
• Open flame cooking equipment
• Additional personnel for butler service china handling or fresh tortilla making station.
